Tara Cameron

Tireless Video Editor

My Story

I am a Ryerson Broadcast Journalism Grad with experience working at Global TV Toronto and Canada Newswire. Most comfortable working in the technical department, preferably in editing, I have always enjoyed working on video projects and although it’s exciting to be on camera doing interviews, my real skill lies behind the scenes in editing, shooting and producing. Trying to make your news come to life is what I enjoy the most. Recent experience includes editing, shooting, and reporting at Ryerson and freelance work producing videos for Co2digital, Smith Company, the Art Directors Club of Canada awards, Upper Canada College awards and BOSL.ca. SmartCaps Video specializes in creating and leveraging your Company’s news keeping you fresh in the minds of your customers and finding new opportunities. .
